IT Support Contracts
Cerulean support service offers two types of support contracts, fixed price and block hour.
Cerulean Active Support
Cerulean Active Support is a standard fixed rate support contract that is designed to cater for the needs of businesses of all different sizes and markets. For a simple monthly flat fee Active Support give you the peace of mind that regardless of issue, we will act in the agreed timeframes. Our fixed rate support contracts are flexible. Unlike other similar companies, we do not tie you in to long term contracts.
The flat fee approach can be tailored to include as little or as much of our support services.
Cerulean Essentials Support
As an alternative to fixed rate support contracts, we also offer Cerulean Essentials.
Essentials is a block hour IT support contract arrangement and is widely used by our customers requiring software support. Software support has certain grey areas which sometime fall into the category of training or consulting. Essentials removes this grey area and allows for a better support service to promptly facilitate end user requirements.
Essentials is also targeted at smaller clients that require the occasional general IT assistance with the security that a service level agreement is in place.
Ad-hoc Support
At Cerulean we remain flexible. If you simply do not want to commit to a fixed price support or to a block hour support contract, then you can have a Pay As You Go support service.
Clients only pay for the time actually spent supporting their systems and covers both remote and on-site support. Although no service level agreement exists, you will still find a prompt response and resolution to your issue.
