Location
Based in North London close to the Middlesex and Hertfordshire boundaries, allows us easy access to Central London and quick access around the South East via the M25.
Staff
Our staff are encouraged to train towards leading industry qualifications. The majority of staff you deal with on a day to day basis have qualifications such as Microsoft Certified Systems Engineers, Cisco Certified Network Administrators, Citrix Network Engineers etc.
Systems
Cerulean uses leading edge software for its managed services operations. The key system is the helpdesk system which manages all support issues and allows a transparent interface for clients to review each and every call raised by their organisation. In addition, the system allows for a secure shared helpdesk in scenarios where we work with your internal IT Support team. Our network monitoring tools, which integrate with the helpdesk system, are provided by the world's leading companies that provide system monitoring software.
Data centre Services
In order to provide hosting and internet enabled services, Cerulean has dedicated rack space within Telecity Data Centres in London and Amsterdam. The main London site is provided with connectivity from two different Internet Exchange Points to provide the highest level of connectivity.
